ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

OPTION 1 - QT Canberra

The QT is our Festival HQ, located at 1 London Circuit, Canberra.

The QT is offering BHA National Festival delegates a discount 0f 15%

HOW TO BOOK:

1. Visit www.qthotels.com
2. Select QT Canberra, enter your dates from 01/09/2025 to 07/09/2025 and number of people and click 'GO'
3. Click 'I have a code'
4. In the 'BLOCK CODE' field enter your booking code: 2509BHANAT
5. Click 'UPDATE'
6. Your special rates will appear on the rates screen

To proceed with a reservation a valid credit card is required to guarantee all rooms, with payment due on arrival at the hotel. Cancellation on the accommodation rooms is allowed up until 24 hours prior to arrival, 2pm the day before check in.

The above code is live now. All accommodation rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. To access this discounted rate, all bookings will need to be confimed 14 days prior to arrival. After this time any new requests will be subject to availability and rates of the day.


OPTION 2 - The Village Canberra

The Village Canberra provides newly renovated dorm-style accommodation within easy walking distance of QT Canberra (Festival HQ) and Llewellyn Hall.

• Address: 7 Akuna Street, Canberra

• Room Type: Dorm-style rooms with shared bathrooms

• Rate: $60 per bed, per night including breakfast

Ideal Accommodation Period: This accommodation is perfect for delegates attending the Harmony Academy from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday evening.

Booking Preferences: Preference will be given to delegates staying for the full week of the Festival. However, the booking form allows you to indicate if you would prefer a shorter stay.

Group Bookings: If booking for a group (two persons or more), please list all the names of participants during the booking process.

2. Make full payment to the following account:

            You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. 


OPTION 3 - Canberra Accommodation Centre

Canberra Accommodation Centre is approximately a 30-minute walk from QT Canberra. However, light rail is available, covering half the journey.

• Address: 210 Northbourne Avenue, Braddon

• Room Type: Single rooms with shared bathrooms

• Rate: $100 per bed, per night including breakfast

Ideal Accommodation Period: This accommodation is perfect for delegates attending the Harmony Academy from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday evening.

Booking Preferences: Preference will be given to delegates staying for the full week of the Festival. However, the booking form allows you to indicate if you would prefer a shorter stay.

OPTION 4 - Ovolo Nishi

Ovolo Nishi located in the New Acton Precinct, 25 Edinburgh Avenue, Canberra is an easy walking distance to Festival venues.

Ovolo Nishi is offering BHA National Festival delegates a discount 0f 20%

HOW TO BOOK:

2. Select the hotel and travel dates, then click ‘Book Now.’
3. On the new page, enter the promo code EVENTS in the designated space and click ‘Apply.’
4. The rates will appear, and bookings can be completed online.

OPTION 5 - Quest Canberra & Quest Canberra City Walk

Quest Canberra located at 28 West Row, Canberra is an easy walking distance to Festival venues.

Quest Canberra City Walk located at 240 City Walk, Canberra is a bit further (about 20 minutes walk).

Quest is offering BHA National Festival delegates a discount 0f 15% off best available rate.

OPTION 6 - Peppers Gallery, Mantra on Northbourne and Mantra Macarthur

Peppers Gallery located at 15 Edinburgh Ave, Acton is an easy walking distance to Festival venues.

Mantra on Northbourne located at 84 Northbourne Ave, Canberra is a bit further (about 15 minutes walk).

Mantra Macarthur located at 219 Northbourne Ave, Turner is approximately a 30-minute walk to Festival venues. However, light rail is available, covering half the journey.

Accor Group is offering BHA National Festival delegates a discount 0f 10% off daily rates

HOW TO BOOK:

1. Visit: Peppers Gallery or Mantra on Northbourne or Mantra Macarthur
2. Enter stay details including Hotel Name or Destination, Check in & Check out dates and Room/Guest details
3. Click on “More Options” drop down
4. Under “Other special rates and promo code” select “promo code” and enter the code BHA2025 (case sensitive) and hit “search”
5. Discounted rates will be indicated by the red “Special Offer” banner
6. Select the hotel and room type you wish to book and hit Continue to proceed to payment screen
7. Fill in all required details to confirm your booking and hit Confirm
8. You will receive an email confirmation once all details have been processed.
